Adjusting the Wikidata records for those executed after the 1820 Radical War led me to a broader query on the grim topic of people in Scotland who were subjected to judicial killing.

Here is a map from a query allowing exploration on those for whom Wikidata has records.

• A high proportion of the individual points here are the outcome from the work done with University of Edinburgh a few years ago, to integrate the Scottish Witchcraft Trial data into Wikidata.
• I noticed the killings of some Covenanters were missing, and adjusted the data. Some others probably remain missing, especially where they were killed summarily.
